Millie is one of our dedicated Project Support Coordinators with a strong focus on project oversight, governance and operational excellence across the full project lifecycle. Millie’s role is key to provide structured support to project teams and stakeholders maintaining governance standards and ensuring all documentation, reporting and compliance processes run smoothly and efficiently.
